1. Agreement

By using the evette.app website or the Evette application (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. What Evette is — and isn’t

Evette provides cycle, fertility, and pregnancy tracking with educational insights. Evette is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Predictions are estimates based on the data you log and carry inherent uncertainty. Do not rely on Evette as a sole method of contraception or as a diagnostic tool. See our Health Disclaimer.

3. Your account and data

You may use core features anonymously. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you log and for keeping your device secure. Your privacy rights and our data commitments are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access others’ data, reverse-engineering the app except where law permits, scraping the site, or using the Service to violate any law.

5. Intellectual property

The Evette name, lotus mark, design, and content are our intellectual property. Your data is yours; you grant us only the limited license needed to operate the Service for you (for example, encrypted backup and sync).

6. Waitlist and communications

Joining the waitlist means we may email you about Evette’s launch and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evette and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in reliance on predictions or insights. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. For material changes we’ll give reasonable notice (on this page or by email). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

You can stop using Evette and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing law & contact
